As part of your all-inclusive experience, meals are provided during your stay at the ranch. T Cross cuisine is hearty food with a gourmet touch of elegance. Homemade breads and desserts are a specialty, and we feature organic ranch-raised beef. Meals are served in the dining area of the T Cross guest lodge except for Wednesday supper cookouts on Horse Creek.
Our lodge is the heart of life at T Cross Ranch. This designated historic treasure was built by hand in 1930 with indigenous materials. Dinner begins with a happy hour for adults at 6:00 p.m. in the lodge living room. Set-ups and hors d'oeuvres are provided. Bring your own bottle.
Dinner follows in the dining room about 6:30 p.m. At dinner, long pants and collared shirts for gentlemen are a tradition. And in good Western tradition—and elsewhere we believe—all hats come off.
